(Junior) Product Manager for weeve SDK & Community (m/f/d)

What we are looking for:

Weeve GmbH is looking for a Junior Product Manager (m/f/d) to support our team in developing our weeve SDK and weeve Developer Community.

You will be working collaboratively with our Tech department and other members of the team to gain a great understanding of the market, the product and our customers, across the entire organization to ensure outstanding product value and quality. As an early joiner, you will be able to define how our cross-functional teams work together and build outstanding product development processes that will be the future of how developers can build for the IoT world.

You will have the following responsibilities:

  • Lead the work of the SDK development team

  • Know and understand our community members and customers, their pains and needs

  • Manage product development from conception to completion

  • Test and research product's effectiveness and impact

  • Assess and identify product opportunities to determine which are worth pursuing

  • Determine the right features for a product to ensure its effectiveness within the market

  • Oversee product strategy development and define the steps required to bring the product to fruition

Job requirements

What you bring:

  • 1+ year of experience in die field of digital product development

  • Deep technical knowledge and understanding of software development

  • You are familiar with hypothesis-driven experimentation

  • Motivation to throw yourself into great projects

  • Independent and self-reliant way of working

  • Experience in working with agile teams and sprint set-ups

  • Fluency in English

Bonus points for

  • Knowledge of the IoT or similar deep technical industry

  • Experience in SDK or API product development

  • Experience in community management

  • Experience in using SDKs or Open-Source contribution

  • Experience in Docker development

  • Fluency in German
